Upon arrival, I found our room improperly supplied with toilet paper. The bedding was uncomfortable, with flat pillows that offered no support. To top it off, the bed felt hard as a rock, making it a struggle to sleep well during our one-night stay.

Initially skeptical, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the beds! The room had good water pressure, ample storage with two fridges, and a microwave!

Sadly, missing essentials like coffee packets and the absence of an elevator were frustrating. The heat from open windows made the hallways uncomfortable!

The room was quite comfortable, though the

bathroom facilities needed attention. I appreciated the cleanliness of the linens and the friendly staff who were always available to assist. However, the outdated decor left much to be desired.

The check-in process went smoothly, and I appreciated that my room had good water pressure. The bathroom was updated and seemed well-maintained, aside from a faucet that was too small for easy use. Found the room generally clean, though it definitely needed better vacuuming. The air conditioning worked fine, which was a relief considering the heat outside. However, I noticed there were no cups in the room even though there was a coffee maker, which seemed like a basic oversight. One other downside was that some towels were missing, but overall, the beds were comfortable enough for a night's sleep. Not enough amenities within the hotel, but areas were accessible if willing to drive.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was clean. Beds were comfortable for a family. The air conditioning worked well. It was great to have non-smoking options. I had a pleasant night's rest. 👍
